I Cannot Log In
To log in you will need the account email address and password that is set up on the account. A2B Furnishings staff do not have access to the passwords and if you can not remember then please reset your password

What if an item is showing out of stock?
If an item is showing out of stock, there are two possibilities, it has either sold out and is not being replaced or there are more coming in. If an item is Confirmed for a restock then the date we are given by our suppliers is going to be largely accurate although local shipping conditions or any customs hold ups may change the date. If the product is due in soon we will either call or email you with an expected date and arrange for a suitable delivery date for you.
Can I get further discounts?
A2B Furnishings prices are very keenly priced and we do offer volume quantity discounts. The only further discount we can give is if you buy large quantities of our products. Please contact us to discuss this further.
Delivery
What Are The Shipping Charges?
Our shipping charges vary from product to product due to sizes and weights of our products, but as a rough guide please see the guide below:
Standard delivery (small items): These deliveries are charged at £6 currently (Northern Ireland/Isle of Man/Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands £14.95) and are despatched with a selection of couriers available to us including DPD and UPS. At the current time your order will take an estimated 2-3 days to despatch, although we will endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible.
Standard+ Delivery (medium items): These are charged at £15.00 (Northern Ireland/Isle of Man/Isle of Wight/Scottish Highlands & Islands £22.95) and is specifically for items which are oversized or fragile. At the current time your order will take an estimated 2-3 days to despatch.
2 Man Delivery (large items): Certain products require a 2 man delivery service due to the nature of the product or size of the product. This has a lead time of approximately 2 weeks. Pricing for this is based on the CBM (cubic metres) of the goods.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only deliver within the British mainland and offshore locations such as the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands. All Small and Medium sized items can go to these locations however the following postcodes will attract a surcharge; BT (all postcodes), HS (all postcodes), IM (all postcodes), IV (all postcodes), KA27, KA28, KW (all postcodes), PA20-78, PH17-50, ZE (all postcodes). These surcharges will vary based on the location and price charged to us by carriers.
All Small and Medium items are sent on a next working day delivery service with carriers such as DPD & UPS. All large items are collected by a specialist handling company and are taken back to their depot. From there they will contact you directly to arrange delivery. It is estimated this process will take 2 weeks.
We are not able to send Large items to these postcodes; BT (all postcodes), HS (all postcodes), IM (all postcodes), IV26-99, KA27, KA28, KW (all postcodes), PA15-78, PH19-50, ZE (all postcodes).
